Donal Ware, Executive Producer/Play-by-Play
Known as the John Madden of Black college football for his voice work in the video game BCFx, Donal Ware is going into his 12th season as a sports broadcaster. The Morgan State University graduate is the executive producer and host of the nationally syndicated sports talk show FROM THE PRESS BOX TO PRESS ROW. During the 2007 CIAA Tournament Ware received the honor of being named CIAA Broadcaster of the Year, as voted for by the CIAA Sports Information Directors Association. The Silver Spring, MD native served as play-by-play voice of the Shaw Bear Sports Radio Network for three years. In 2007, Ware served as play-by-play voice for North Carolina Central in its first year transitioning to Division I.
Eric Curry, Color Analyst
A native of Raleigh, NC, Eric Curry is a veteran broadcaster with over 20 years of experience. A graduate of Hampton University, he has served as sports director for WAUG and has also been a reporter for WTVD-TV, both in the Triangle. He was also the managing editor for WNCN-TV and was the color analyst for Shaw football (2002-06) and North Carolina Central football (2007)
